We classify by number range (freephone, 03, 084, 087, 09, personal, short code). We do not identify the individual business behind a specific line.
UK number ranges: the complete price brackets
On 084, 087 and 09 numbers your total price is two parts. The "access charge" is set by your own phone company (typically 5p to 16p/min from a landline, and 8p to 65p/min from a mobile), and the "service charge" is set by the organisation you call. The figures below are the maximum service charges under the Ofcom framework. "From abroad" is reachability from outside the UK: freephone and special numbers are built for UK callers, so from abroad they are often blocked or billed at the full international rate.

Why a UK number can be unreachable from abroad
Freephone (0800, 0808) is free only inside the UK: the called business pays, and that reverse charge does not cross borders, so a foreign carrier either refuses the number or bills you the full international rate. The 03 range is charged at a UK geographic rate and included in UK bundles, but from abroad it falls outside your foreign allowance. Service numbers (084, 087) and premium (09) add a service charge that has no international settlement, so they are commonly barred. Short codes such as 101, 111 or 118 have no international dialling format at all.
With Losali you dial the number over the internet and the call is placed inside the UK, so the number connects as if you were calling from home. You pay a flat 0.99 GBP per minute, prepaid, with no subscription, and a call that does not connect is never charged.
Which numbers can I call through Losali?
Freephone (0800, 0808), geographic (01, 02), the 03 range and standard 084 service lines. Premium 09, personal 070 and directory 118 numbers, and short codes such as 101 or 111, are not offered.
