Common questions
Freephone and service numbers are free or cheap because the UK network decides who pays for the call. That arrangement stops at the border. Foreign carriers either refuse the number outright and play a recorded message, or put the call through and bill it as an international special-rate call on top of your roaming.
Losali places the call inside the UK network instead, so the line sees an ordinary domestic call and answers it.
GBP 0.99 per minute to freephone numbers and GBP 1.75 per minute to the other ranges we connect. Credit is prepaid and there is no subscription, so you only pay for the calls you make.
The price for the number you dialled is shown before the call starts, and a call that does not connect is never charged.
