How does Losali work?
You call from your browser over the internet. The call is placed onto the UK network, so a number that is blocked or charged from abroad connects as if you were dialling from home. No app and no UK SIM card.
How much does it cost?
A flat GBP 0.99 per minute, prepaid, with no subscription. Billing is per whole minute. A call that does not connect is never charged.
Which UK numbers can I call?
Freephone (0800, 0808), geographic (01, 02), the 03 range and standard 084 service numbers. Premium 09, personal 070, directory 118 and short codes such as 101 or 111 are not available.
Do I need to install anything?
No. Losali runs in any modern browser on a phone, tablet or computer. You only need an internet connection and a microphone.
What if I cannot hear or be heard?
Use a stable Wi-Fi or wired connection and a headset, and allow the microphone when your browser asks. If a call fails, it is not charged, so you can simply try again.
