The TSB line for lost or stolen cards
TSB's Contact us page lists a line per topic, and lost or stolen cards have their own: 0800 015 0030, which TSB says is open 24/7. The bank's general line and its credit card and Internet Banking lines are 0345 numbers with shorter hours, which this page does not cover.
Reporting a TSB card without calling
If your card is lost or stolen while you are outside the UK and you can still sign in, TSB gives two other ways to report the card: the app, under Manage cards and PINs, and Internet Banking, under Your account tools and then Lost & stolen cards. If neither is open to you, there is the phone line.
Calling a UK 0800 line from a foreign network
For callers outside the UK, TSB prints a separate number for lost or stolen cards, +44 2074 812567. It does not say whether 0800 015 0030 can be reached from a foreign network, or what it would cost from there.
What Losali does with this number

- Say whether it is a debit card or a credit card.
- Note where and when the card went missing.
- Write down any payment you do not recognise, with the date and amount.
- If you can still sign in, the app or Internet Banking can report the card without a call.
Hours, and the ways in without calling
TSB says its lost and stolen cards line is open 24/7. In the TSB app, select Manage cards and PINs and follow the steps to report a card lost or stolen. In Internet Banking, go to Your account tools and click Lost & stolen cards. TSB also offers SignVideo for sign language users, from 8am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and Relay UK calls with the 18001 prefix.
